Our Story
The backbone of Globe Custom Construction is formed on the integrity and hard work of David Lynch and Shawnelle Moore. Since 13, David has had a passion for the art of carpentry. With 4 generations of residential and commercial development behind him it is not surprising it came naturally. Always learning and evolving in this fast paced industry is part of what helps give Globe Custom Construction a huge competitive edge. While Shawnelle brings her smart and savvy mind set acquired from studying Law, working at EDC and being a Finance officer for the Government, to; negotiate through the day to day dealings, constantly working on business development and pushing David to always be better than the day before. Together with the rest of the team we have 100+ years of know-how to help you navigate to your dream whether it is ; a custom home, addition, new office space, new kitchen etc.

Starting in construction at the age of 13 and following in the footsteps of four previous generations of construction development, it was no doubt that this passion would grow into a fulfilling career in the industry.
Shawnelle Moore
Vice President & CFO
With a background in Law, an unbelievable eye for design and a ferocious attitude when it comes to handling business, this is one person who brings spark, persistence and discipline to the Globe Custom Construction team.
